*This Service Price is Based on a One Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment with One Living Room, One Dinning Room and, One Kitchen. Any Additional Rooms Cost an Additional $25.00 Each. Below is a Description of what is included in the service. 1) Bedroom / Living Area Floor cleaning: Sweep, Mop, Vacuum Inside Window Cleaning / Frame dusting Furniture exterior wipe down or Vacuum Bedding Changed (New bedding should be laid out) All Surfaces Dusted ( Night Stand(s), Dressers,etc.) 2) Kitchen Floor Cleaning: Sweep, Mop Exterior Cleaning of Large Appliances (Refrigerator, Stove top, Dishwasher,etc) Exterior Cleaning of Small Appliances (Microwave, Toaster(Oven), Blender, etc.) Inside Window Cleaning/ Dusting Counter tops Sanitized Exterior Cleaning of Cabinets Dishes Washed (No More Then 10 items) 3)Bathroom Interior Windows Cleaned Shower and/or Tub Disinfecting (we scrub all soap scum and dead skin build-up) Toilet Disinfected ( exterior, interior and, underneath) Floor Sanitizing Faucet Handle/ Knob Shining Rug Changing (New Rugs must be laid out)
