Service Description

*This Service Price is Based on a One Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment with One Living Room, One Dinning room and One Kitchen. All Additional Rooms will cost $50.00 per room. Below are details of what is included in this cleaning. 1) Bedroom / Living Area All Walls, Baseboards,Crown Molding, Doors, Door Frames Will be washed (Removing Finger prints and Stains) All WIndows and Window Sills will be Washed (Removing dust, cob webs, etc) Floor cleaning: Sweep, Mop, Vacuum Furniture exterior wipe down or Vacuum All Surfaces Dusted and Polished ( Night Stand(s), Dressers, Tv Stands, Book shelves, etc.) Bedding Changed (Clean Bedding must be laid out) Laundry to be placed in Laundry Room Slight Organizing (Hanging of a Jacket or Two, Putting an item or two in the right place,etc.) 2) Kitchen Walls, Baseboards, Crown Molding, Doors and Door Frames will be washed Interior Windows and Window Sills will be washed Floor Cleaning: Sweep, Mop Interior and Exterior Scrubbing of Large Appliances (Refrigerator, Stove top, Dishwasher,etc) Exterior Cleaning of Small Appliances (Microwave, Toaster(Oven), Blender, etc.) Counter tops Sanitized Exterior Cleaning of Cabinets (Removing built up food Stains) Dishes will be washed ( Up to 15 items) 3)Bathroom Walls, Baseboards, Crown Molding, Doors and, Door Frames will be washed Interior Windows and Window Sills will be washed Shower and/or Tub Disinfecting (we scrub all soap scum and dead skin build-up) Toilet Disinfected ( exterior, interior and, underneath) Floor Sanitizing Faucet and Shower Handle/ Knob Shined Rug Changing (New Rugs must be laid out)
